Shipping policy

All domestic orders are shipped through the Canada post postal service. International orders are shipped through DHL.

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing during peak times like holidays, and 2-5 business days for standard shipping domestically.

Processing and delivery times may be longer due to unforeseeable circumstances or high volume of orders.

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the dates indicated in the product description. Orders containing a pre-order item and an in-stock item will ship together according to the pre-order date
